REGISTRATION
Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents : In Original
Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
Proof of residential address (passport/lease deed/ electricity bill/telephone bill etc.)
School leaving certificate (Class I onwards), countersigned by DEO/Board for
Class VI
In case of sibling applicants : Admission No and fee bill issued by the school.
Student who have attended other schools, need to submit a photocopy of the report card from the previous school.
EWS applicants to support : Affidavit from EWS family whole income is below
Rs. 1Lac taken per annum, duly attested by Ist class magistrate.
